Poongar Rice KuzhiPaniyaram

Poongar rice – 1 Cup
Idly rice – 1 cup
Urid dal – ½ cup
Thoor dal – ¼ cup
Red Chilis
Curry leaves
Turmeric powder
Vegetable – Cabbage/Carrot/beans/onion
- Soak Poongar/Idly rice/Urid dal for 4 hrs.
- Grind it with red chilis
- Add salt & Turmeric to the batter & keep it for 2 to 3 hrs
- In a Pan add little oil and fry cabbage/carrot/beans/onion & coriander
- Add to the batter and make Paniyaram
