MappillaiSamba Aval WanghiBath

Mappilli Samba Aval - 2 cups
Brinjal - 5 nos
Ghee
Mustard seeds, cashew cumin seeds, curry leaves, onion, tomatoes
To Roast and Grind (Wanghi Bath Mix)
Corriander seeds
Shahi jeera
Dry coconut, cinnamon, cloves, black cardamom, red chillis, pepper
Wash and soak Aval in water
Cut brinjal in pieces
Slice onion and tomatoes
In a kadai pour ghee, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, cashews, curry leaves and saute for a minute
Add sliced onion and tomatoes and saute for 2 mts
Add little water and cut brinjal and suate for 5 mts
Cook for 2 mts.
Add wanghi bath mix to it and add aval and salt and saute for 5 mt
Wanghi bath will be ready
Garnish with corriander leaves and serve with raita
